Employees at Freedom are entitled to a whole range of benefits. Here are just a few that you can take advantage of.
Here at Freedom, you’ll get 30 days holiday per year, including public holidays. You’ll receive one extra day of holiday for each completed year of employment for your first three years with us.
After three months of employment, those eligible for auto enrolment will be automatically enrolled on to the Royal London Pension Scheme. The automatic individual contribution is 5% and here at Freedom we’ll match your contributions by up to 3% of your basic salary.
Incentive and bonus schemes
We have a number of incentive and bonus schemes. Which one you’re eligible for will vary based on your role at Freedom. Bonuses can be paid out monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually and are calculated based on your performance, your team’s performance and the overall company performance.
Flexible home working
Here at Freedom, many roles are eligible for flexible home working. This gives you the freedom to work in an environment that is most productive for you on the days that suit you best. All employees that are eligible for flexible home working must spend a minimum of two days in the office and receive approval from their line manager.
We make sure your loved ones are looked after should anything happen to you while you are an employee at Freedom. The life assurance benefit will pay out two times your annual salary amount (tax-free) to your nominated beneficiary in the event of your death.
Westfield health cash plan
After you’ve been with us for one month, you’ll be eligible to receive the Westfield Health Cash Plan. This gives you an annual allowance towards the cost of routine healthcare treatments, such as dental, optical, therapy and consultations.
Holiday buy and sell scheme
You have the option to buy extra holiday days or sell some of your existing allowance twice a year. You can buy or sell a maximum of two days over a 12-month period. You’ll pay for extra days from your gross salary over 6 months.
Cycle to work scheme
The cycle to work salary sacrifice scheme allows you to hire a bike using money out of your gross salary before income tax is deducted. As an employee, you could save from 32% to 42% through lower tax and National Insurance (NI) contributions over a two-year term.
You can get discounts on over 1,000 leading high street and online retailers via Bravo Benefits and Westfield Health Rewards. You can also get cashback from participating retailers by shopping online and many offers are in addition to sale prices, money off vouchers and online promotions.
Zest is our social club at Freedom that organises events for all member employees. All new employees are auto enrolled into Zest. As a member, you’ll contribute £3 per month from your salary and Freedom will match this contribution meaning £6 is added to the Zest social fund per person per month. The Zest committee will let you know what events you can look forward to throughout the year. You can opt out of Zest at any time.
