Q: Which regulatory body for which product?
A: There are different Regulatory bodies in place for different products which Freedom Finance offer. For all Secured Loans activity it is CCA regulations while FSA regulations govern mortgage activity.
The only Affiliate Campaign that is currently being undertaken is the Secured Loans campaign. Therefore all affiliates who are providing loan applications to Freedom Finance must adopt the CCA approach. If you would like a copy of this document, please email us and we will forward it across to you.
Q: What degree of flexibility do I have as an affiliate?
A: We have made loads of creatives and links for you to use. We want to provide you with as much as possible so that the scope for creativity is enough to maximise conversions. If there is something that you require that is not on the site then please email us and we should be able to help.
